REGISTERED TAX AGENT/TAX PRACTITIONER BOARD (TPB) CONDUCT OBLIGATIONS

TPB maintains a public register of tax agents and BAS agents. We recommend you do the following search to confirm that Campbell McCart is a Registered Tax Agent and able to represent you.

The following steps are to be undertaken:

  1. Visit the Tax Agent Practitioners Board website www.tpb.gov.au.
  2. Go to search the register.
  3. Enter search the register.
  4. Enter practitioner name = Campbell McCart.
  5. Enter registration number = 68689005.
  6. Select Find. To confirm current registration.

TPB has in place a mechanism where if you are dissatisfied with the services our firm has provided acting as a tax agent on your behalf you can lodge a complaint. You can make the complaint in writing to the TPB via their website www.tpb.gov.au where you can find an online complaint form and further information about the complaint process.

We recommend that you be fully aware of our Rights, Responsibilities and Obligations as a registered tax practitioner under the taxation laws and obligations you have as a client to us. You can obtain and review a current copy of the Tax Agent Services (code of professional conduct) Determination 2024.
